School's been cancelled and the snow day is ON! After some good sledding and the making of snowpeople, perhaps you'd like to join us for the following SNOW DAY ACTIVITIES:

10:30am Film Screening of Disney's Beauty and the Beast (rated G, 90mins.)

The classic story of a brave young woman who sees the beauty within a sad and lonely beast. Terrific musical (singalong is strongly encouraged.)

Recommended for ages 5+

11am Let's Make a Snow Village!

Help us create a winter wonderland in our Storytime Room. Paper, markers, glitter, and big dose of imagination is all it takes.

Recommended for ages 3+

1pm Film Screening of ParaNorman (rated PG, 93mins.)

A misunderstood young boy discovers he has the power to speak to the dead and uses the power to help save his town. Oscar-nominated for it's amazing use of magnificent stop-motion animation.

Recommended for ages 7+ (although it is rated PG, there are some scary moments.)

1pm Preschool Storytime

Join Miss Marian for stories, songs, and act-outs.

For ages 3 to 5

2pm Classic Card Games

Learn to play some classic card games like Spit, Spoons, and Crazy Eights with Miss Elisabeth.

Recommended for ages 7+

3pm Snow & STEM

We'll bring in the snow indoors and use it to experiment with color. Dress for a slight mess.

For ages 7+

5pm We've Got Game!

Play a round of Mario Cart or Carnival Games on the Nintendo Wii.
