Book Lovers Mysteries

Bernie Rhodenbarr is a burglar, bookseller, and amateur sleuth in New York City.
Cliff Janeway is a former homicide detective turned bookseller in Denver.
If you are a booklover who enjoys mysteries, don’t miss either of these series written by Lawrence Block and John Dunning. They’re not only fun to read, you’ll pick up some pointers on what to look for in used book store.

Speaking of used books, if you’re interested in joining the class, Rare or Just Used: Researching Books on the Web, held in the Library’s Tech Center next Thursday night, contact Judy Sgamatto at askus@darienlibrary.org.
Learn about websites and Library resources to help determine whether your books are rare or just used! Participants should bring five or six books from their bookshelves to research.
