See our Galley Party!
Here are a few glimpses! of our teen galley party from last night. Teens promise to review their galleys for the Library's website in exchange for free books from us. Many thanks to A. (You know who you are!) for taking great photos of our mysterious teen reviewers.
This gentleman eschewed books for a magazine. (Actually, he took a bunch of books home, too).
The entire table, as well as both couches (not in view) were covered with books to choose from. It took me 30 minutes to carry them all in.
Ooh, this is one of my favorite new books. Stephanie Meyer's New Moon. Another lucky young lady took home a galley of the fourth Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants book.
Our next teen event is this Friday from 4 to 5 p.m. KLT - Knit, Listen, Talk. Bring your needles and join us.
