The first visit
This post from Seth Godin really got me thinking. We know that some of our services are suffering because we are out of space. And we know that some of these problems will be solved when we move into the new library. But everyone who comes in the Darien Library, right now, for the first time, comes with a "beginner's mind", as Seth Godin puts it.... and we need to make sure that she gets what she wants, no excuses. Even if the books are piled up on the floor, or the dvd racks are hard to maneuver. If you are new to the Darien Library, did we exceed your expectations? If not, please tell us why!
