Short Stories for Short Days
More short stories! More great discussions! Welcome back Carroll Stenson to our fall program, Short Stories for Short Days! Our selections feature both classic and contemporary short stories, and we will focus on content, themes, characters, and how these stories relate to our own lives. Our program will begin on Tuesday, September 25 at 3:00 p.m. in the Darien Library Conference Room and will continue every Tuesday (excluding October 9) through December 11. Copies of the first story, “The Quiet Man” by Maurice Walsh are available at the Welcome Desk. In subsequent weeks stories will be passed out at the end of each session or may be picked up at the Welcome Desk. Please join us and share with other short story enthusiasts.
Starts: November 27, 3:00 pm
