Sharon Ohmen Krejcir and Lynne Stitzel Tiano

About Sharon Ohmen Krejcir
Sharon Ohmen Krejcir finds inspiration and beauty in everyday objects, particularly fruits and vegetables. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, she studied with Edward DeVoe, Alain Picard, and in the studio of Richard Stalter. Sharon is a member of the Society of Creative Artists in Newtown. Her work has been exhibited in Darien,CT at the Darien Arts Center show, the Gillespie Gallery at Atria, and at Pine Brook Studio Gallery. She has also shown at various SCAN shows in Newtown CT. Awards include Third Place oil category DAC Show 2013, and Society of Creative Arts of Newtown Award 2013. Sharon lives in Newtown with her chef husband, two children and an enormous vegetable garden.
About Lynne Stitzel Tiano
Lynne Stitzel Tiano's creations capture the art of mystical creatures and spaces of tranquility. She received her art education at LaSalle College in Boston and continued her studies with local artist Robert Krouskoff. She taught art at St. Luke's Parish for the Children's Ministry. Her works have been exhibited in juried shows at Greenwich Art Society, Greenwich, CT, Darien Art Council, Darien, CT., Silvermine School of Arts, New Canaan, CT, and Orpheus, San Francisco, CA. She is a native of Darien, CT.
The exhibit runs July 23 - September 6.
