Think storytimes are just for kids? Think again! Darien Library hosts a storytelling circle just for grown-ups. Stories for grown-ups can be personal memories, folktales, fables, or almost anything, crafted into story form and told without notes, cue cards, or prompts. You might go home still shivering from a spooky ghost story, chuckling after a humorous story, or tucking away the Kleenex after a poignant story. It's that one-to-one connection between the teller and listener that is magic -- and each gathering is different.
Please pull up a chair and join our circle -- Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Conference Room!
Additional parking for evening and weekend Library programs available on Thorndal Circle (behind Nielsen's).
