Wednesday, January 15 at 6 p.m.

Please R.S.V.P. for this program.

Join us for the first meeting of our Business Book Group as we discuss Roger Fisher and William Ury's Getting to Yes. The group is invited to an informal discussion of the book from 6 - 6:45 p.m. followed by networking over wine, beer, and light refreshments.

About Getting to Yes

Since its original publication nearly thirty years ago, Getting to Yes has helped millions of people learn a better way to negotiate. One of the primary business texts of the modern era, it is based on the work of the Harvard Negotiation Project, a group that deals with all levels of negotiation and conflict resolution. Getting to Yes offers a proven, step-by-step strategy for coming to mutually acceptable agreements in every sort of conflict.

Library staff members will lead the discussion.

We have copies of the book available for patrons to borrow, but prior reading of the books is not necessary to attend the discussion.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, March 4 at 6 p.m. Join us as we discuss Getting Things Done.

Additional parking for evening and weekend Library programs on Thorndal Circle (behind Nielsen’s).
