Open yourself up to Elemental Meditation in this new series. Did you know that each of the elements resides within us? Having these elements in balance inside of us helps us to be more connected to ourselves and centered as we go about our daily lives. In this seven week series, we will begin with an introduction to the five elements, followed by focused meditation based upon the elements (Earth, Space, Fire, Air, and Water), and ending with advanced meditation combining all five elements for a true balanced state.
Instructor Julie Punishill will lead the meditation group on the following dates September 28th, October 5th, October 12th, October 19th, November 16th, November 23rd, and November 30th.
