Screen Free Week is an international event in which families, communites and schools pledge to be screen free for a week. The Children's Library will participate by taking out the Ipads for the week. We encourage you to check out more books and read together as a family in our special reading nooks, and come by the Children's Library and write on our pledge banner.

Need some ideas for what to do when you're not using a screen?

Here are a few:

Ride a bike, take a hike, read some books, volunteer, bake cookies, fly a kite or plant a garden

There are so many wonderful things to explore without a screen but most importantly, Have Fun!
