Like what you see here? Sign up for tech emails and we will send you one email a week through March 14.

If you’ve signed up for our Tech Series emails, you’re probably already on the “technology is transformative” bandwagon. There is perhaps no industry technology has improved as much as the healthcare industry. Whether you’re tracking your steps with a fitbit, using Youtube as your personal trainer or meditating with your smartphone, there is no limit to how technology can improve our health and wellness. While clicking a button or buying a gadget won’t fix our heart health, using technology can support healthy activities and raise our awareness of our fitness levels and more.
