Visible Progress

Any one who drives past our construction site at the corner of Post Road and Hecker Avenue can see we're making progress.

The foundation floor and walls have been laid, and the first floor is being formed and poured.

This is the view from our newly installed web cam, high up on a post over the construction shack:

From this time on, progress is going to be more visible, and here's a schedule:

Erect Steel Superstructure


January-February-March 2008
Pour concrete slabs
Begin CMU back-up Walls (weather permitting)
Weather tight roof
Weather tight window openings
Install Mechanical duct work
Install Rough Plumbing
Begin Cast Stone & Masonry Veneer
Begin slate roof


April-May-June 2008
Install Windows
Continue Cast Stone & Masonry Veneer
Continue slate roof
Building systems ongoing

July-August-September 2008
Begin Interior finishes
Begin Final Grading
