If you would like to be notified of new classes (3 emails per year), please sign up for the Technology Classes Notification list. Class registration is limited to Darien residents, those who work in Darien full-time, and Friends who have donated $300 or more.

Darien Library's Technology Classes support Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. Classes are coordinated by Erin Shea and Amanda Goodman.

iPad Boot Camp

Learn some basic tips and tricks like locking your iPad’s screen orientation, creating folders for your apps, and changing the background image. We’ll practice downloading eBooks from the Library’s collection.

Instagram, the smartphone-based photo sharing tool and Vine, the new way to share short videos are growing exponentially in popularity. Bring you iPhone, Android, or iPad to this workshop and together we’ll learn how to use both of these programs.
