Haze Documentary
Haze Documentary

Monday, April 28th from 7 to 9 p.m.
Darien Library Community Room

This 82-minute film is Unrated due to the real-life footage of nudity, and strong language.

Produced by the Gordie Foundation, Haze not only tells the tragic story of Greenwich, CT native Lynn Gordon Bailey Jr. ("Gordie") but weaves together a collection of interviews by many national experts on the subject of alcohol abuse. This documentary was created with the intent of placing a focus on the issues of binge drinking, alcohol laden hazing rituals, and rapid fire drinking games -- all so common in a campus environment.

Followed by a short Question & Answer session featuring three
High School Graduates, facilitated by Amanda Romaniello, LPC, Family Centers.

This program is for parents and high school-aged students. Presented by YWCA Parent Awareness, Youth Asset Team, Darien Library, and Family Center.

Registration is FREE and recommended so that we may notify you directly about any last-minute program changes or parking information.
