Haze: Documentary Film Screening

Haze: a Documentary.
Haze: a Documentary.

Wednesday, April 3rd from 7:00 p.m. to  9:00 p.m.

Produced by the Gordie Foundation, Haze not only tells the tragic story of Greenwich, CT native Lynn Gordon Bailey Jr. ("Gordie") but weaves together a collection of interviews by many national experts on the subject of alcohol abuse. This documentary was created with the intent of placing a focus on the issues of binge drinking, alcohol laden hazing rituals, and rapid fire drinking games -- all common in a campus environment.

Registration is FREE and recommended.

Followed by a short Q&A session featuring three Task Force members:

  • Amanda Romaniello, LPC, Family Centers
  • Jamie Roach Murray, MD, FAAP, Pediatrician
  • James Palmieri, DHS Resource Officer

Email pa@ywcadariennorwalk.org with questions.

Presented by Darien Library Community Room, YWCA Parent Awareness, Darien Library, Thriving Youth and Family Centers.
