Chair Yoga

This program requires registration

Interested in yoga and not sure where to start? Chair yoga is a wonderful option for people with mobility limitations, seniors and anyone who has difficulty getting down on the ground. The classes are taught on chairs using classic yoga poses that have been modified just for you. Incorporating breathing techniques, relaxation, stretches and yoga poses, you'll leave feeling like a new person. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility and strength, improves posture and balance and helps reduce stress and anxiety. Join us!

This class does not meet on Monday, July 24th. To accommodate a large, diverse audience, attendees are asked to register for only one Chair Yoga session, either the 11:30 a.m. class or the 1:00 p.m. class.
