Introduction to Meditation

Grab something comfortable to sit on, a pillow, a rolled up yoga mat, or use a chair and open yourself up to meditation. In this introductory class, we will begin with the basics and work our way to guided meditation led by instructor Julie Punishill. In this session, after bringing you to a relaxed state, we will practice approximately 5 minutes of completely quiet sitting. If you have always wanted to try meditation and just haven't been quite sure where to start, come join us.
