Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers as part of our Kids Cook Dinner series! Turn cooking time into family time when you cook along on Zoom with us. Tonight, we will learning to make Southwest Quesadillas!

You will need the following ingredients for this recipe:

• Tortillas
• Onion
• Garlic
• Olive oil
• One bell pepper (any color)
• Frozen corn
• One can of beans (pinto, black, your choice!)
• Shredded Mexican cheese
• Seasoning of your choice (garlic powder, cumin, chili flakes, etc.)
• Guacamole (optional)

Families with children age 7 and up. You only need to register one member of the family.
