1 pound of fresh sweet potato, 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 1/5 tsp salt, 1.5 cups flour, 1 stick butter, 1-2 cloves garlic (or 1-2 tsp pre-minced garlic), 1/2 cup milk or cream, fresh sage is optional
About the Presenter
Megan was born and (mostly) raised in Connecticut. She earned her bachelor's in Nutritional Science and her master’s in Health Promotion from UConn, in addition to completing her dietetic internship. She is a newly Registered Dietitian who loves all food, but has a special fondness for carbs. She loves to cook and is always looking to learn new recipes and try new techniques. Some of her favorite things to make are blueberry crisp, tacos, and homemade pasta.
