10 Mindful Moments to Support Your Well Being Throughout the Day

The human nervous system has evolved to sustain short, acute periods of stress and then return to baseline when we’re no longer in danger. We may find, though, that our stress becomes chronic rather than acute, which can pose physical and mental health challenges.

Short moments (sometimes just 60 seconds!) of mindfulness sprinkled throughout the day can help us re-regulate and live healthier, happier lives. Join us to learn about these simple effective techniques to reduce stress and live with a greater sense of ease.
