Science has shown that our brains are constantly changing throughout our lives. Understanding some basic features of the brain and how it works can help you to rewire your brain so that you are happier and healthier.
Formed in 2014, the Community Mindfulness Project's mission is to offer a variety of mindfulness and heart-opening practices to help people support their physical, psychological, emotional and social well-being.
