About the Presenter
Jake Hagedus is a Connecticut native and has been involved in fitness for many, many years. He started going to the gym for the same reasons most of us do - look better and feel better!
Always interested in how he could help other people, Jake pursued his Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise in December of 2018. While studying for the PT exam, he started working at a small athletic facility in Bridgeport, then moved to training full time at the Edge Fitness Clubs. Since then, he has moved away from the corporate gym world and trains privately.
