Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Stacked Sweet Potato Fries! Turn cooking time into family time when you cook along on Zoom with us. This twist on nachos means you will be making your own Sweet Potato Fries and topping them with all your favorite ingredients.
You will need the following ingredients for this recipe:
Two sweet potatoes
Feel free to pick out toppings for your sweet potato fries that you would like on your nachos, including but not limited to:
Canned or frozen corn
Shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
Guacamole (one avocado + one lime)
Families with children age 7 and up. You only need to register one member of the family.
