Food Explorers: Focaccia Bread Workshop

Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers for a bread making workshop! You will make your own Focaccia masterpiece by decorating with fresh vegetables and herbs and make dinner rolls from scratch in this two hour class. Turn cooking time into family time when you cook along on Zoom with us.

You will need the following ingredients (and a rolling pin) for this recipe:

  • Flour (~6 cups total for both recipes)
  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Olive oil
  • One egg
  • Butter
  • Your choice of decorative toppings, such as: Peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, olives, fresh parsley, rosemary, etc. The more colors the better!

Families with children age 7 and up. You only need to register one member of the family.
