Cooking with Herbs: From the Garden to the Table

Simple to grow and delicious to taste, herbs have many applications for flavorful cooking. In this workshop we will cover methods for incorporating herbs in delicious and healthy ways in favorite dishes and new recipes.

With tips for easy herb gardening, you will learn how to grow and use your own herbs. A kitchen counter or small outside area is all you need to have fresh herbs at your fingertips.

About the Presenter

Vanessa Young is a cooking instructor, writer, and educator known for her artful approach to food and wellness topics and her focus on seasonal meals. From butchers to bakers, her family is a long line of self-taught and professional chefs. As the founder of Thirsty Radish, she shares recipes and inspires a creative approach to life in and out of the kitchen.
