Food Explorers: No Churn Ice Cream and Hot Fudge

Join a registered dietitian from Food Explorers to make No Churn Ice Cream and Hot Fudge Sauce! You don't need an ice cream maker for this recipe which comes together in a flash. Turn cooking time into family time when you cook along on Zoom with us.

Participants will need an electric hand-held or stand mixer to make this recipe. You will also need the following ingredients:

  • Two cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • Two cups of heavy cream
  • Chocolate chips
  • Unsalted butter
  • Vanilla (optional)

Families with children age 7 and up. You only need to register one member of the family.
