Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark

This program requires registration

Monday, October 25, 2021
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Museum of Darien

Are you afraid of the dark? Join the librarians for a evening of bone-chilling stories at the Museum of Darien! We will share the stories on the front lawn of the Bates-Scofield House Museum (get directions) so please dress warmly. This evening's stories will increase in creepiness as it gets darker. There will be distinct areas for each family group: you are welcome to bring folding chairs or blanket to sit upon.

If you need any assistance with registering, please email Samantha Cardone at scardone@darienlibrary.org!

Library Mask Guidelines

Participants over the age of 2 should wear a mask at all times while in the Library building and in the Courtyard when social distancing is not possible. Presenters who are located more than six feet away from attendees may remove their mask to provide clear instructions. The health and safety of our patrons is paramount to us. Thank for your cooperation!

Due to the space limitations, masks are required at this outdoor program.

Weather-Related Changes

If the weather will be unfavorable on the day of an outdoor program, we will contact registered participants to let them know of any changes. Families with children ages 7 and up. Space is limited, register each family member who plans to attend this event.

Darien Library is proud to co-sponsor this event with the Museum of Darien.
