To maintain a contactless holds pick-up system, we will place your requested items in the Community Room (auditorium). You will enter from the courtyard entrance and leave out the side drive entrance on the other side.
Place a hold on a book, audiobook, or movie from our website. Due to the high demand, holds will be limited to 5 per person for the time being.
Wait for the email to tell you the item(s) are available.
Come the next day (Monday-Friday) between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to pick-up your items from the Community Room. Or on Saturdays between 1 and 5 p.m.
Your items will be on a shelf with your name on it.
If you need assistance, please call the Welcome Desk at 203-669-5239.
Returns will be accepted on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This will allow the returned items to sit in quarantine for three days so they can then be safely handled by staff. Items will be removed from your account after this three-day quarantine period. No late fines will incur.
