On July 6th, we will resume offering in-person services in addition to our enhanced virtual offerings. Curbside pick-up moves to the Community Room on July 1st.
We do not have a date when full services and programs will resume. The health and safety of our community and patrons is our top priority and we will continue to abide by federal, state and local regulations and guidance.
Bloomberg Terminal: Residents may book the Bloomberg Terminal 5 business days in advance and non-residents may book an appointment for the same day by calling that day to check availability. Appointments can only be made via email or by calling 203-669-5236.
Beginning July 1st, to maintain a contactless holds pick-up system, we will place your requested items in the Community Room (auditorium). You will enter from the courtyard entrance and leave out the side drive entrance on the other side.
Place a hold on a book, audiobook, or movie from our website. Due to the high demand, holds will be limited to 5 per person for the time being.
Wait for the email to tell you the item(s) are available.
Come the next business day (Monday-Friday) between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to pick-up your items from the Community Room.
Your items will be on a shelf with your name on it.
If you need assistance, please call the Welcome Desk at 203-669-5239.
Returns will be accepted on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This will allow the returned items to sit in quarantine for three days so they can then be safely handled by staff. Items will be removed from your account after this three-day quarantine period. No late fines will incur.
If you have video games or technology equipment to return to the Library, please hold onto them until the next phase of the Library's reopening. We appreciate your good stewardship of these items.
