Part-Time Shelver
Darien Library seeks an energetic, motivated, and organized individual to work on the shelving team in the Materials Management Department to assist in keeping the Library collections in order. Reporting to the Head of Materials Management, the successful candidate should have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, friendly environment, and embrace Darien Library’s “Kindness First” motto in both internal and external service.
Part-Time Technology Help Desk Assistant
Darien Library seeks a friendly, energetic individual with a genuine passion for helping others utilize technology. The Technology Help Desk Assistant works with patrons 1-on-1 to answer basic hardware and software questions, assist with the use of the Library’s technology, and provide a warm, welcoming environment for community members who are utilizing the Library’s spaces. The successful candidate will join a first-class team of professionals and provide top-notch customer service and technology support to Library users in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
