To add wireless printing and other enhancements, all public computers, the Bloomberg Terminal, and Business Center services (e.g., printing) will be temporarily unavailable from 5 p.m. on March 23rd until sometime on the morning of March 26th. 

We'll still have WiFi. Other Library services will be unaffected. 

Cognitive Change Collection

Reading2Connect Books

A collection of books specially formatted for adults with dementia and other memory challenges can be found on the Second Level of the Library. These books are printed in extra-large text but retain the integrity of adult literature.

Whether you take these books home or read them inside the Library, we hope you'll find the Reading2Connect collection a valuable resource for enrichment that brings the love of reading back to your loved one with dementia.

Borrow a R2C Book Kit

Our Reading2Connect book kits contain four copies of the same book and one reading stand. These kits are suited for use at home or in care communities. 

For families using these kits with a loved one experiencing cognitive change, you will find they enrich your one-to-one social interactions by sparking conversation and encouraging memory-sharing. 

And for care communities using this kit, you will note that reading with peers promotes self-directed, meaningful social interaction with minimal staff support, sparking memory, self-expression, and connection.

Additional book stands are available for checkout if needed.
