Event Details

Join Darien Library on a culinary journey north to celebrate celebrity pastry chef and cookbook author Gesine Bullock-Prado's new book, My Vermont Table: Recipes for All (Six) Seasons. Gesine will be in conversation with Barrett Bookstore's Page Berger.

Wait, there are six seasons? We will let Gesine explain as she takes readers on a sweet and savory journey through each of these special Vermont seasons. Mouth-watering recipes like Vermont Cheddar Soup, Maple Pulled Pork Sliders, and other quintessential Vermont flavors we know and love, are updated with ingredients and spices she grows in her backyard. With stunning photos, Vermonters and visitors alike will revel in a seat at this table. There is so much to talk about!

As owner and baking instructor at her Sugar Glider Kitchen in Vermont, Gesine's classes sell out within minutes. Come join us for a very special gastronomical evening!
