There are lots of confusing concepts and jargon surrounding our computers and their use. In this class, we will discuss many, many of the questions that you may have, or maybe didn’t even know that you have!

About the Presenter

Mike Ingber is the owner of Upward Business Systems, which has been in business since 1989 and provides expert, reliable, affordable computer consulting services to a large base of clients. Clients include town halls, libraries, schools, non-profit agencies, small and medium businesses of all sorts, home users, and senior citizens. 

Mike received an M.S. Degree in Computer Science from Cornell University in 1979, and a B.S. Degree in Computer Science and Applied Math from Stony Brook University in 1977. Mike has been a resident of Oxford since 1982, is happily married to Connie, and has two grown stepchildren.
