Darien Library and the YWCA Darien Norwalk welcome speaker Kit Savage, a certified executive functioning coach, to discuss practical developmentally appropriate strategies to improve your child or teen’s academic performance and emotional regulation skills.
An open forum to bring your questions, Kit will also review the latest research on parental stress and will share mindfulness practices that can expand their emotional intelligence tool kit.
