Come aboard the American Job Center Career Coach at Darien Library! This mobile classroom is hosting Job Search strategies in 2 different sessions (10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.) The Coach is an open computer lab, where people are welcome to come in and use the computers for career services and computer training.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career but feel lost in the world of job searching? Join our Job Search workshop and equip yourself with the knowledge, skills, and resources you need to land your dream job! 

  • Our experienced job search coach will guide you throughout the workshop, providing one-on-one assistance tailored to your unique needs and goals 

  • We'll have a dedicated open lab session where you can work on your job search documents 

What you will learn: 

  • Get a helpful list of websites where you can find job listings

  • Online job search resources to make your job hunt easier

The American Job Center Career Coach makes weekly visits to cities and towns in coordination with community organizations. When you step aboard the Career Coach, you are greeted by expert staff and seated at one of ten (10) computer workstations.
