We will use Google Docs to create beautiful labels for your holiday cards. The advantage of Google Docs is that you can use it with an Apple or PC machine, as long as you have a Google account. You can also share your address list with others.

  • First, we’ll be examining a list of names and addresses and adding to it.
  • Then we’ll take this information and merge it into two label documents, one using a return address and one with just the mailing address.
  •  At the end of this session, you should be a pro with mail merge.

Although we will be using PC machines, the technique is applicable to Apple desktop users too.
