About Essential Earth Farm

Essential Earth Farm is a small, women-owned, urban farm located in Norwalk, CT. They are working to make our food system more equitable and environmentally sustainable. They focus on growing nutritionally dense food (microgreens and mushrooms) in an indoor, controlled environment.

Their mission is to help individuals, communities and businesses decrease their environmental food impact by increasing accessibility and affordability of locally and sustainably grown produce. They aim to empower the community to grow their own food through educational programs and free resources.
