Twice a month, learn something new about a fascinating science topic chosen and presented by one of our very own DHS Science Honor Society students. This session includes presentations on "Forensic Criminology" and "The Science behind Sleep"

About the Presenters

Hi! My name is Charlotte Palen and I am currently a Junior at Darien High School. This year I am taking AP Envrionment Science and am learning all about the world in which we live in. However, I am also very interested in the foresnic criminology and plan to take forensics next year. I am excited to share with you my knowledge about this field of science at the library!

Hi! My name is Megan Hayes and I am currenlty a junior at Darien High School. This year I am taking AP Environmental Science, and am really enjoying learning about the functions of our world and how they relate to humans. I also took Honors Chemistry last year, and Honors Biology the year before which have fostered my interest in many different fields of science! I am excited to be sharing about how these areas relate with one another during the natural process of sleeping!
