Join us at Darien Library for a thoughtful, informative evening dedicated to women’s health during the perimenopause and menopause transition.
This event features an engaging panel discussion, designed to demystify this chapter of life and offer practical, compassionate guidance. Panelists include Dr. Shieva Ghofrany (OB/GYN & Co-founder of TRIBE CALLED V) and Dr. Katie Takayasu (Integrative Medicine Physician & Owner, Wellness Insights) and will be moderated by Page Berger (writer and book collaborator).
During this conversation-forward experience, our panelists will dive into symptoms, treatment options, lifestyle strategies, and the emotional realities of this transition—while clearing up common misconceptions along the way.
Whether you’re in the midst of perimenopause, approaching menopause, or simply seeking to understand what lies ahead, you’ll gain reliable insights, actionable tools, and a sense of supportive community. Let’s come together to talk openly, learn from experts, and empower each other through this stage of life.
