Event Details

Beat the heat this summer with some frosty sweet treats and a lesson about beer!  The world of beer styles is quite vast and beer's wide variety of flavors go wonderfully with desserts, ice cream included.  Join us in the Courtyard for a entertaining and informative hour of beer and ice cream.

Advanced Cicerone®, author and cartoonist, Em Sauter, will pair three beers with local ice cream flavors. You will discover how beer really is a versatile beverage with a range of flavors that can complement all foods, even dessert.

You must be 21 and over to attend this event.

About the Speaker

Em Sauter is an award winning cartoonist, international beer judge, Advanced Cicerone®, public speaker and founder of the website Pints and Panels which focuses on visual beer education and was started in 2010. Her first book, Beer is for Everyone! (of Drinking Age) was published by One Peace Books in October 2017 and her second book Hooray for Craft Beer! was published in April by Brewers Publications.
