All parents of 4-8th graders and their student(s) are invited to join OK To Delay Darien and Darien Library for an evening with Katey McPherson.
This presentation will focus on healthy tech habits that prioritize mental health, academics, and internet safety, and discuss how parents and students can come together to make these important decisions.
About the Presenter
Katey McPherson has over 27 years of experience as a teacher, counselor, and school administrator. She has dedicated her career to student and teacher social and emotional wellness. Katey currently leads professional development for Bark for Schools, protecting over 5 million children, and actively serves on youth mental health initiatives and advisory boards. Her work empowers families and educators to tackle digital challenges head-on.
