Do you have daily back pain?  This ELDOA class will help!

In this series of 5 classes taught by Talita Moss, participants will explore stretches and strengthening postures aimed at creating space in the joints through a technique called ELDOA, a French acronym that translates to "longitudinal osteoarticular decoaptation stretches", developed by the world-renowned french osteopath, Guy Voyer, D.O. Based on scientific principles and over 40 years of research, ELDOA postures create myofascial tension around a joint, to decompress or "decoapt" the space within and around that joint.  You can sign up for one class or all of them

The benefits are many, including:

  • increased blood flow
  • improved recovery
  • improved athletic performance
  • reduced pressure on the spinal discs
  • reduction of pain
  • spinal disc rehydration
  • improved posture and muscle tone
  • increased sense of wellbeing and awareness

This series will address the joints of the spine, shoulders, hips, ribcage and pelvis, starting with an osteoarticular warm up for the whole body. Participants of all fitness levels are welcome, and must be well hydrated to participate. Bring a water bottle, a small towel, and a yoga mat.
