Learn about transition requirements of IDEA, student-centered planning, preparing students for postsecondary opportunities, and more from Gerri Fleming, a transition consultant for Westport College Prep. After the presentation, Gerri will participate in a Q&A session with the audience.

This presentation is appropriate for parents of students in middle and high school.

About the Presenter

Gerri Fleming is a former high school teacher and special education advocate. She is currently a transition consultant for the Westport College Prep program, which offers individualized or small-group programming for neuro-diverse learners interested in or currently attending postsecondary institutes like college/university, career, or technical programming.
